My destination planning service is perfect if you want your wedding ceremony in a sunny European location, whether that is a Finca overlooking the never-ending Spanish waters, a private beach ceremony in Greece or an incredible candlelight castle in the Tuscany countryside. This service includes:

• Site visits trips 

• Regular catch-up meetings

• Sourcing all wedding suppliers 

• Liaising and managing all booked suppliers

• Organising meetings and food tastings around your personal schedules

• Creating and monitoring budgets 

• Creating mood boards and designing your styling vision 

• Sourcing all details including tableware and wedding favours 

• Recommending additional accommodation and guest travel 

• Creating all coordination documents and sending them to suppliers, including wedding schedules and floor plans 

• Supporting you with any custom requirements 

• Overseeing the set-up of your wedding 

• Pre and post on the day coordination for additional celebrations 

• On-the-day wedding coordination
