• Starting work with you 6-8 weeks before your wedding

• Attending virtual final meetings with suppliers if necessary 

• Creating all coordination documents and sending them to suppliers, including wedding schedules and floor plans 

• Confirming final details with your venue and suppliers 

• Supporting you with any custom requirements 

• Liaising with all on-the-day suppliers including the venue 

• On-the-day wedding coordination
