• Full list of recommended venues and organisation of site visits 

• Sourcing suppliers and support with booking 

• Quarterly catch-up meetings 

• Liaising with the venue and suppliers

• Organising meetings and food tastings around your personal schedules

• Creating mood boards and designing your styling vision 

• Sourcing all details including tableware and wedding favours 

• Recommending additional accommodation

• Creating and monitoring your budget

• Creating all coordination documents and sending them to suppliers, including wedding schedules and floor plans 

• Confirming final details with your venue and suppliers 

• Supporting you with any custom requirements 

• Overseeing the set-up of your wedding 

• Managing all booked suppliers 

• On-the-day wedding coordination 

Investment is based on 10% of your overall wedding spend. A minimum spend does apply.
